Uni Uni Toy Donation

Do you have any toys that your kids have outgrown or never used? Uni Uni has a donation bin for Lurie Children’s Hospital in their shop. Toys can be gently used or new. Let’s support our Cossitt neighbor.

PRAIRIE TRAIL FEDERATION WISEMEN CHRISTMAS

TREE SALE STARTS DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING

For more than 75 years during the holiday season, The Prairie

Trail Federation Wisemen, a group of dedicated, hard-working

volunteers have gathered in La Grange’s Gordon Park to sell

Christmas Trees to raise what has now exceeded $2.5 million

dollars for organizations that serve our community.

Guides and Princesses of The Prairie Trail Federation and their

dads have played a special role in supporting the Christmas Tree

Sale each year as they work the Christmas Tree lot alongside the

Wisemen.

The trees are delivered the Friday morning after Thanksgiving,

with the help of all from the community, including sports teams

from both Lyons Township High School and Nazareth Academy.

The sale begins at noon on that Friday and continues until all the

trees are sold.

General times are weekends from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and

weekdays from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Prices for trees range from

$70-$120 depending on height and tree type (Balsam, Douglas fir

or Fraser fir).
