Plans a winter family event, typically a Friday evening in Jan/Feb, designed as a fun, active time with school friends and family. Coordinate with event venue and outside vendors, plan activities, secure raffle prizes with local businesses, recruit parent volunteers, etc. A few planning hours September/October, with majority of work is two months leading up to event. Time Commitment- Chair: MODERATE. 25-30 hours total. Co-Chair: LOW. Approximately 15-20 hours total September through January. (Chair/Co-Chair)
