Coordinating this late winter/ spring social event, which will include a small committee (approx. 3) of volunteers so work can be delegated. Includes securing a venue, developing a theme, hiring a trivia company to provide questions and emcee the event, coordinating registration via Sign up Genius, acting as event coordinator, and overseeing volunteers. Chairs don’t need to “reinvent the wheel” for this parent social as the annual Trivia night has been running smoothly for a few years now. Notes will be given on venue and trivia companies. Just pick a theme, and get ready for a fun chairing opportunity! Time commitment: MODERATE. 25 hours, 5-10 hrs. in Fall to secure venue and Trivia company; then another 10-15 hours in month prior and night of event. Co-Chair: 5-10 hrs.
