Registration for the 2019 Spring Clothing Sale is OPEN!!!
*** DEADLINE for inputting and printing the items you plan to sell is Thursday, March 7th, at noon. Items input after that time will not be tracked and we cannot pay you for them if they are sold.***
RECEIVING / DROP-OFF
Our goal is to make the drop off process quick and efficient. We know how busy you are and want to ensure our sellers get in and out quickly.
Please note: The more items you bring that DO NOT need to be checked by a receiving volunteer while you wait (items that you designate for donation if unsold), the faster your drop off process will take. The more items you bring that DO need to be checked by a receiving volunteer while you wait, the longer your drop-off process will take. See below for more detailed information.
If you do not have items that you need to pick up if unsold, you may bring a self-addressed stamped envelope with your seller number clearly marked on the back. We will use this envelope to mail your check to you. Please give this envelope to the volunteer checking in sellers.
Where and How
Receiving / Drop-off is in the Cossitt School Gymnasium: Thursday, March 7th, 5:30-8:30 pm and Friday, March 8th, 9:00 am-1:00 pm
Please enter through the receiving entrance, at the northwest rear door of the school, off of the school playground.

Consider bringing your items in laundry baskets or big bags to assist you in carrying them. If you find temporary parking, you may drop off your items at the receiving entrance of the school while you re-park your vehicle for longer term parking
When you enter the school, first check in with the volunteer checking in sellers. If you do not check in, we will not have your seller number on record for the sale and you may not get credited for your items that sell.
Once checked in, proceed down to the school gymnasium.
If you have only items designated for donation after the sale, you may by-pass the line and a receiving volunteer will tell you where to drop off your items. There will be a spot for girl’s clothing and a spot for boy’s clothing. Please separate your boy’s and girl’s clothing prior to arriving for drop-off. Once dropped off, you may leave.
If you have items that you want to pick up if unsold, those items must be checked by a receiving volunteer before you leave. Please keep these items separate from other items so that they can be easily accessed. We will check items to ensure that they are clean, in good condition, odor-free, and suitable for the sale. Please be patient and we will go as fast as we can.
To minimize your drop off time, please follow these helpful pointers.
Make sure that all of your items are clean, pressed and have all their pieces. Check your barcoded tags to ensure that they are securely fastened.
Make sure that your items have original tags only. No item will be sold with ANY handwritten changes to the price.
NO PERFORATED TAGS FROM PREVIOUS SALES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
The more items you have that DO NOT need to be checked by a receiving volunteer (items that you designate for donation after the sale), the faster the process will be.
